How to Claim Compensation?

The Claim Process
Step 1. Once you've started your personal injury compensation claim with us, by calling 0333 011 0515 or using our online claim form, we'll first start off by taking some details of the accident (such as parties involved, dates, events etc) and details of any injuries sustained.
Step 2. If we believe you have a claim for compensation we will then ask you to complete a simple form and sign it. This will allow us to start your claims process.
Step 3. Once your claims process has begun we'll arrange for you to see one of our medical experts, as close to your location as possible. This will be a short examination to assess your injuries for the claim. Once the records are processed we'll send you a copy and if approve with what has been said we'll ask you to sign the document.
Step 4. The medical report is then sent to the defendant for them to assess and make any offers of compensation. We'll negotiate on your behalf but will always keep you up to date with any developments and any settlement figures that may be discussed during this time.
Step 5. Once you're happy with the compensation settlement figure we'll finalise your claim and get your compensation to you as quickly as possible.
